Lan Castro | Founder and Managing Partner
Ms. Lan Castro is the Founder and Managing Partner of Poise Capital Partners, with over 20 years of prior experience deeply rooted in the vast landscape of healthcare and clinical research, particularly in managing enterprise-critical global oncology trials. Lan has dedicated herself to advancing medical therapies in the fight against blood cancers like Multiple Myeloma, Acute Myelogenous Leukemia, and Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, in addition to rare diseases and various other therapeutic areas.
Drawing from this rich background, Lan has transitioned into the dynamic world of multifamily real estate investment. Her passion for innovation and her entrepreneurial spirit have led her to explore new horizons beyond the pharmaceutical biotech industry, leveraging her expertise to unlock opportunities in commercial multifamily property investments.
Driven by her steadfast commitment to delivering unparalleled value and fostering sustainable growth, Lan is dedicated to providing value to our investors through strategic real estate investments. Ms. Jessica Porras is the Founder, Managing Partner of Poise Capital Partners with over 20 years as a seasoned materials engineer renowned for her expertise in materials science and engineering. With a strong background in research, analysis, and project management, Jessica brings a wealth of technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to her work.
In addition to her engineering acumen, Jessica holds a deep interest in real estate investment, particularly in multifamily syndications. She is fascinated by the potential of real estate to generate passive income, build wealth, and make a positive impact in communities.
Motivated by a drive for continuous learning and professional advancement, Jessica has decided to explore opportunities within the multifamily syndication arena.
